Baby It's Cold Outside

    It's been a long week and the weathers gotten cold. Baby is sure is cold outside, I'm staying inside, and pouring me a stiff one. To shake off the burr and warm the core. The disheveled teal shirt and black slacks I have on are a Peace On Earth 12 Hunt gift from Wilson's Designs.  The shirt has a nice tight tailored fit to it. Along with nicely textured wrinkles that give you that worn all day look. The pants have a wonderful long leg skinny look to them. Find the round small Earth globe in store and claim your gift for 0L. What's great about this outfit is that they are separates. So you can wear them with other articles of clothing you may have. It's a Merry Puppy-Mas

     I decided to gather my fine furry friends and have a little fun in the snow.  Good thing I found these freebies at FaMESHed. The sweater and vest Gild has put out is warm, comfy, and looks awesome. It's only draw back is it comes in just two mesh sizes. Belleza Jake and Slink. Not to fret I'm sure using your alpha cuts on other mesh body types you'd be able to wear too. These cozy warm Shane joggers by Etham  are perfect for snowy weather. They are also a free gift at FaMESHed. Now that I'm all warm and ready for the weather back to letting the dogs out. My little Rudolf here wasn't sure what to make of the snow. I don't think he liked the feeling beneath his paws to tell you the truth. I had to pick him up and give them paws a break.  This little guy can be yours for free.  From a store called ENIIPOse, it's their group gift , the group is free to join. I'll be home for Christmas

   
    At times there is nothing like a long winter car ride with the one your with. Even more so when that car ride is a trek to get home for Christmas. You need to find ways to make it fun and entertaining. Why not dress up in the same crazy Christmas sweater and sing to Christmas music on the radio. These Party Sweater's by Mystrie (As they call them) can be yours for a mere 1L. They are part of the Merry Christmas Hunt that is going on all month of December. These fun sweaters are a bit over-sized and give you that warm fuzzy feeling when wearing it. Holiday Decor

    Christmas is coming soon and that means it's decorating time here in Second Life. Believe it or not I actually enjoy decorating here in Second Life. It doesn't even have to be Christmas for me to do it. Come this time of year I find myself doing Advents and hunts for winter/ Christmas decor. I happen upon A Shopping Carol event and hunt completely on accident, I'm glad I did. Today I bring you a few items from this hunt. What's even better is they are all free aside from a couple. You'll be looking for a jingle bell on a red ribbon. It'll be holding your free gifts. This event will only last until December 26th.  Now let me tell you all about them. The rather cute and  glitter glam Christmas tree in my window is from  Lacrime dell'anima. It comes in green and frosted, lite or unlite, you can change the colour of the balls and tree skirt. Winters Dance

    Nothing like a romantic dance on fresh fallen snow. One needs to look the part though. Pru and I did just that dressed in Roped Passions Candy Cane Hunt 11 gifts. The Nichols Vest and shirt, the vest has this velour corduroy look to it. So I put on these simple shoes, cause who really looks at your feet? Now with system layers coming back again, because of baked on mesh. There are a few system layer shirts here one may want to pick up. So you can wear under a jacket, coat, or shirt. Not all things here are free for everyone.  Most things are for new residents only. Dapper winter

    Winter will be among us soon. In some parts of North America it has already arrived. That doesn't mean you can't look your best this winter season. I have to says this suit by Moonlitecat Creations has me feeling and looking rather dapper. Contemplate

   
     I went for a walk along the beach. Before I knew it I stopped dead in my tracks and looked out at the ocean. My mind started to wonder and I began to contemplate. Nothing too serious mind you. I thought, hey Back to the Future said we'd have flying cars by now. Where are they? Heck we don't even have cars that drive themselves yet. Will I even still be around when cars can fly? If so, what a site too see, that'll be. No telling what the future might hold. It's nice to stop and contemplate it now and again. This new L'HOMME group gift by Kalback started me down this road of contemplating the future. The Summer Tee I'm wearing with the Back to the Future design comes with a texture changing HUD. I can feel it in my bones

 
    There are times when one can just feel it in your bones. Whether it be intuition, for-seeing, a premonition, whatever you call it. You know it to be true or feel it'll happen. My girlfriend Pru and I took that saying to a literal extent. Expressing it in a subtle manner yet bony looking attire in our latest couples picture. With these free skeleton avatar, group gifts from E-Clipse Design and  Cats Claw Designs. I'll leave a link to Pru's blog post down below. So she can tell you all about the skeleton avatar she's wearing. Not to worry both the E-Clipse Design and Cats Claw Designs groups are free to join. The bony flaming skeleton avatar I'm wearing comes in a one avatar fits all. No matter if your male or female you can wear it. It has this great smoldering, charred, flaming look about it. Which is awesome wearing it across the grid or in a picture.
    I paired it with Demon Horns from Harshlands which you can get free too. They are part of  Harshlands  Halloween Hunt. You have to find the 13 pumpkins hidden across the region. You need to join the free  Harshlands  group to be able to gather up all the freebies these pumpkins are concealing. The  Harshlands  hunt goes on until November 1st so you still got time to gather all 13 of these gifts. The last piece I added to make my costume complete was the Mortem Halo from AII. You can find this at Panic of Pumpkin in Okinawa Event for 50L. This event as a trick or treat door knocking one day only freebies. Each day at the landing point they will tell you in which section of the event these freebies will be. You find the door with the hanging bat on it. Touch the door and type trick or treat in the box. Then you receive your freebie from that vendor on that day. Once the day has past you can then buy the items you missed for 50L. This event lasts until Halloween so you have a few more days to enjoy it.
    Go out and grab these Halloween freebies before they disappear. As for me I'm gonna get back to feeling it in my bones. This Avatar definitely lets me show just how hot and smoldering I am about my girl Pru. After all it's close to Halloween and there is magic in the air.

Ahm nahm nahm (Here Kitty Kitty)

     Grh, Mah Zambah habganna barng Nahm-nah. Mah Zambah gah arahn ....Oh sorry guess I really channeled my zombie look. This look all started with the free group gift from LOB. This Sanguinary Shirt by LOB gave me that torn, bloody, look. Which made me think either killer or zombie. This time of year a lot of people seem to make looks that resemble killers and murders. I went more classic with a zombie.This free gift byLOB comes in Belleza Jake and Signature only. It also come with a Halloween Axe and Halloween Mask, which I chose not to wear. Morning on the farm

      I have always wondered what it would be like to live and or work on a farm. Waking at the crack of dawn, a long honest days work, and early to bed. Just to turn around and do it all over again the next day. Let's face it, all those early mornings would get to me. I'm a night owl so being in bed early to get up early. That does not ever happen and I can't remember the last time it did happen. Here in Second Life you can try on many hats even if it just for a brief moment of snapping a picture.
     That's just what I did here. I saw the new October group gift from FKD. I instantly thought lumberjack or farmer. Don't get me wrong this Shawn Plaid shirt FKD has for their group gift looks great. It comes in three popular mesh sizes, Jake, Gianni, and Slink. Not to give plaid a bad name or anything. In real life I own a few plaid shirts. I'm not a farmer or a lumberjack, I mainly just wear one  when the mood arises. They are quite comfy if I do say so myself.

Autumn Breeze

      Nothing like and Autumn breeze to make the trees rustle and the leaves glide upon the wind. It was a perfect day to meet up with my girlfriend Pru. Can you imagine my surprise when I wrapped my arm around her from behind and saw what she was wearing. We both had on b[ELLE] Octobers group gift. The men's gift is a 2 tones tee, with a grey backing and a Halloween festive spider print front. It comes with a 3 colour changing HUD for the printed front.      Fall is now upon us and the conjuring will soon begin. For October draws near and with that brings Ole Hallows Eve. Country Music

   
    I wasn't a big fan of Country Music, granted I've heard a song or two. Several years back I got sick of what main stream music had become. All sounding the same, people who couldn't sing, and auto-tuning. That's when I found Country music.I found myself becoming an avid listener. There music told a story  of heartache, love, hardship, good times, or even about an object. For me Country Music has the best storytelling. I was in just that kind of mood today. I dropped by Classic Hits 109 Country Hits in Second Life. I sat there in my casual outfit made up of  For Him Hunt 1L gifts. My dressy casual looking pullover by  Wilson's Designs and my black slacks from Rack@Steaming Ahead. You can grab them too if you can find the little black tie in each of their stores. I finally was about to leave when Garth Brooks, That Summer came on. I stopped in my tracks, and had to listen. That's when I captured this picture with all the great Country Artists adorning the walls behind me.
     No matter what type of mood your in, enjoy some music. It doesn't have to be Country, any music that resonates with you, will do. Sit back put on some tunes and just decompress for an hour or two. Nothing like music to sooth the soul.

Blood Lust

     The warm, salty, metal taste of blood, how you course through this cold body of mine. Careful not to get a drop on my fine tailored suit. My grey blue eyes turning into bright blood lustful hues as I drink. Making me feel life once more, if only for a few euphoric minutes. I relish in the blood lust that makes me damned. I fear the next time the hunger for it, comes upon me. I don't want to become a monster that feeds on only human blood. Do I have a choice? ......Only time will tell. 

    As you can see once I dawned this Eighteenth century suit by Dreaming Thicket. I instantly became one with that of Interview with a Vampire. Friday the 13Th

   
     Huh!? What was that? Must of been just a stick falling from the trees or the wind. Geez we're both a bit jumpy tonight. Could it be the coolness in the air? Or perhaps it's because Friday is drawing near. You do know what Friday is, right? This Friday it'll be Friday the 13th.
    Don't get me wrong that water may look crystal. I'm not going near any lake or body of water this Friday. You couldn't pay me enough to even put down stakes and go camping either. However I might be wearing this shirt come Friday. It is a free gift from ZFG zero f*cks given clothing it is part of the infamous Twisted Hunt. I took a trip downtown, among the skyscrapers, and the crowds. I got lost a time or two, but kept right on keeping on. Least I was comfortable along the way.
