What once was

Have you ever come upon an over grown piece of land? Then stood there and wonder what could have stood in it's place long ago. Perhaps a church, school house, plantation, or mansion. You eye what little rubble ruins remain and let your mind fantasize about what once was. As you leave the only thing that is left is the rod iron brick fencing. If this fence could talk what would it reveal? It's a bit modest looking, not too grand, yet would have cost some money to make centuries ago. This Dunmore Abbey Iron Fence and Gate is Muniick's Manly Weekend sales item. It is well worth the sales price of 50 Linden. Just imagine all the wonderful possibilities this fence has. From surrounding your villa to a run down haunted mansion. They are endless, if you put your mind to it. Head over to Muniick from Nov. 13-15th and snatch this up before the sale ends.

Captured by a Thought

Have you ever found yourself captured by a thought? Where everything around you seems to fade. You hear nothing, see no one, forget where you are. At times it can be blissful and others perplexing. I found myself captured by a thought today. One where I was just lounging outside in the brisk Fall air. Taking in the smell of the wet earth and the hint of rain in the breeze. The rustling of the leaves the quietness of stillness. I took a moment from my real life to log into Second Life. So I could find a little serene spot and snap a picture of thought I was captured in. I picked up a couple of the L'Homme Magazine  November group gifts. That way the picture I got wasn't only for me, but for you too. I dropped by Mister Razzor and got the Tiago beard. Not only does this beard look great, I really like the added scar on the side of the face. It gives it some character and adds a bit of mystery. Then I swung by L'Emporio&PL to get this dandy flat cap. The plaid top is a wonderful way to give you outfit a bit of texture. Finally I stopped at Tivoli Inc and got this spellbound face tattoo. I think it gives my look just enough ink to add to the mysterious look of the beard with out going too hard edged. All of these you can pick up for free you just need to join the free L'Homme  group and wear your tag to get them. If you don't mind I think I'll go back to my thoughts. Shut my ears, turn off my mind, and just zone out for a few.
