The Devil made me do it
BOOM! BOOM! Shoots straight up in bed from a sound sleep. That's how it begun, loud bangs on the walls. Then growling coming from nowhere. Finally, the vivid nightmares and voices that wouldn't go away. Endless doctor's visits, poking, prodding, analyzing. Tests after test.....finding nothing. It took a toll on my sixteen-year-old physique. I barely eat, hardly sleep, never leave the house. It grows and grows this thing inside me. The nightmares and voices are now unbearable. It's driving me INSANE!! The nasty, vile, unthinkable stuff it wants me to do. I'm losing time, hours, no idea where I've been, or what I've done. Until that one night, my nightmares became reality.
I, a woke with a splitting headache and felt like I had been hit by a truck. I stumble to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Turned on the light to be taken aback by my own reflection in the mirror. Horns protruding from my head. The taste of blood in my mouth. Which now housed razor shape teeth. Then all the scratches, bite marks, piece of flesh missing, that littered my body. The blood stains on my hands, pants, and boots.
"Oh God what have I done?" I run from my room to find blood about the hallway walls, along the floor, leading down the stairs. I round the banister and stumble into the living room. Landing on my knees face to face with the lifeless eyes of my father. I go to get up. Lying in a massive pool of blood lays my entire family. Before I can scream, it crawls from the darken corner of the room. Man, woman, disgusting horned being.
Menacing laughs escapes its mouth. Contoured expressions, growling, and talking in tongues. Then the voices in my head. "You did this, you killed them all. Oh, how you enjoyed it. Ha ha-ha... I knew you'd give in. Your mine all mine." I get to my feet as it moves closer to me. Twisting its neck to look up at me. Laughing, it's tongue flailing from its mouth. It taunts me. "The Devil made you do it! The Devil made you do it!"
This is the tale behind my ensemble. Unfathomable, nightmarish, evil. The Darkness event inspired it all. They are having a tenth-year anniversary. With some rather ghoulish gifts. I used a few to comprise my look. The Darkness event ends June 28th. You better get to stepping if you want these freebies.

Vintage Racer
Here comes the cars rounding the corner. Correction I mean CAR! Yes folks it looks like car number 8 has broken away from the rest of the pack. As you can see Bleu Carriere, looks like he's taking a leisurely drive. In this Type-1 Vintage Street Car I'm sure he'll hold on to his lead.
This blast from the vintage past is an awesome pick up for just 60L. Muniick did a superb job with this drivable little baby. Whether you wanna go manual or automatic transmission. It handles well but can get a bit away from you when the speed really takes off. That's what makes it half the fun though.

Color of Linden
After thirty plus years away from the hustle. Eduardo Falcon wants to make a return. When he catches a glimpse of a college kid running the table at his favorite hall. The kid got skills, is cocky, but man that ego. Before too long Eduardo has taken Vincent Lara under his wing. Teaching him the ins and outs of pool hustling. Only pob with Vinnie is he as an ego the size of Texas. Finds it hard to take a dive in order to make more dough.
To be a true pool hustler it's about much more then that. You gotta check your ego at the door. Be able to read the room and mark the mark. "Pool excellence is not about excellent pool. “You gotta have two things to win. You gotta have brains and you gotta have balls." It's not always about winning. It's about gaining respect and making that money.

Ok, ok I confess this isn't an actual Second Life movie. It's my own little homage to the movie Color of Money. We can't all be pool hustlers. Cyber Hunter
An Alien tears down the street and ducks into an alleyway disappearing from sight. The genetically enhanced humanoid hot in pursuit rounds the corner to find it empty. He stops dead in his tracks and yells after the Alien. YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU CAN'T HIDE. I ALWAYS GET MY BOUNTY!!
The names Spirit numero uno Galactic Cyber Hunter. If he's out to get you, then the ink on your death certificate isn't even dry yet. Some say he was born a human, you wouldn't know it. Half cyborg, half soft bleeding flesh. Void of all feelings and soul. Stone cold killer who gets paid for it. Yes RUN! Run to the furthest, farthest, deepest, part of the galaxy. What ever you do, don't look over your shoulder. Or you'll end up like so many before. With a blaster shot right between the eyes.
How do I know this you may ask? I'm a seedy bar owner with an illegal arms trade on the side. Let's just say the bounty hunters frequent my establishment. They like to talk, brag, about their and others endeavors. Ya, Spirit comes in from time to time. Never sits in the same spot twice, always has one eyes on the front door, and exits. Talks to a select few and partakes in the company of the famine kind now and again. You didn't hear any of this from me. I got a reputation to uphold and a life still yet to be lived.
Man wouldn't this make for a great beginning to a graphic novel? If you wanna look the part, I can tell you how to get your hands on some of the items you need for free. Fashionable Cute

Yes what can I say Pru roped me in to taking a little trip with her. Mind you it became more of a shopping trip for her. Going through all the little chasky shop along the boardwalk. All I heard was Oh Blue look at this, isn't this cute, this would look great in this room or maybe outside. I have to give it to her she did look fashionably cute. When doesn't my lovely lady look fashionable or cute? It always amazes me how well and fashionable a lot of women look in floppy sun hats. Why can't men pull that off huh? I did just that, as we were moving to another shop. I snatched Pru's hat right off her head. I ran a little distance then struck a pose. So tell me how do I look? Did I pull off the fashionable cute look too?
Okay, okay so I may not look as fashionable or cute in a floppy sun hat. I sure did make Pru laugh and a couple passing people as well.
