Unconditional Love

    There is nothing quit like that special bond and unconditional love that a pet can give you. You come home from a long day at work and they're happy to see you. Their tail wagging, those wide eyes, and the jumping excitement they got. All because you just walked through the door. Even here in Second Life there are times one needs some unconditional love. There are plenty of pets in world who can bring you just that. Whether it be a gacha dog,cat, etc from Jian, ABC horse, KittyCatS, magical creatures of  Hextaordinary, or BioBreed dog. For me it was as simple as snapping a shot with a yellow lab I call Jax. I headed out to find a beautiful spot to do just that. I ended up at Whimberly wearing this comfy, fashionable hoodie by Fe Style. This awesome blue coloured hoodie complimented the yellow field of flowers perfectly. The First Order has a new General

     General Wor Locke has been assigned to the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Vengeance. He is known to rule with and iron fist much like the mask he wears. He brings with him a well tailored striking uniform. Which reflects the order he stands for and commands. The mask he wears that has been forged from the best Beskar steel. The mask is hand forged, by top metalsmiths, with no real noticeable seems.  It has an authoritative and menacing presence about it. An can be yours for free, just head over to The Forge and join the free group of L'Homme to receive it as a gift.  The striking tailored waist coat made of the finest Shimmersilk and painstakingly hand embroidered, General Wor Locke is wearing comes from a magnificent tailor/tinker known as Contraption. Contraption is known for it well tailored to fit clothing and it's wide varieties of tinker type contraptions. Music kinda weekend

    There are times when the week has been rough and all you want to do is spend the weekend in. Those types of weekends are destine for music. Break out the old hi-fi, dust off the vinyl, and turn the stereo UP. I had to share with you my Second Life version of that type of weekend. I got comfy in front of Muniick's, Dwyer vintage record cabinet and Hi-Fi turntable. That way I didn't have to go too far when I needed to flip or change the record. What better way then to get comfy with an entire freebie outfit that also includes my skin. My skin, Tshirt and jeans are part of the February long MenStuff  Hunt. You will be looking for a short sleeve tuxedo shirt. 7 Deadly skins has this handsome looking male skin named Sven as their MenStuff  Hunt gift. It comes in one shade, caramel, omega applier, and BOM.  My tshirt comes from a store called FN life w style. It's a great blue ribbed tshirt and comes in what seems like a hundred mesh sizes via a HUD. You can really fit it to any body you might have. These sweet looking black worn jeans come by way of Hawker's House. You'll have to use your alpha cuts to make these baby's fit you right. Cause they only come in classic mesh sizes. The look of them is well worth it and they're free. Lastly my sneakers are from Versov and come with an awesome HUD to change the colour. As well as changing the eyelids, laces, and sole. The sneakers are a group gift and their group is free to join. Granted I saved you all, by deciding not to show off any of my dance moves. Just so you know I do a mean rendition of Tom Cruises dance scene from Risky Business. If you don't know the reference please look it up. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Please don't go picturing me doing it. "sings"

Morning Conversations

   
     There's nothing quite like waking up next to your girl. Watching her slip outta bed and pull your shirt on. You quickly move, grabbing her and pulling back to the bed. Where you sit and just enjoy those long stay in bed mornings. Where you have some of the best conversations. You know the ones I mean. The rest of the world fades a way and it's just you and her. Pru and I had that kind of morning just the other day. We did it in The Sissy Bar's, Sin City 3 Hunt 1L gifts. The men's gift are the indigo nearly purple looking heart textured PJ pants. That come in several of the popular mesh body sizes. As well as coming in Classic sizes too. They definitely got that worn in bed type of look with all the wrinkles and folds. The ladies gift is the over-sized matching indigo nearly purple looking heart textured PJ top. Which Pru will tell you all about in her blog post. To which I'll leave a link to below. These gifts are great when you wanna lounge around in world with the one you're with. Like Pru and I did conversing hours on end. Even now thinking about our conversations makes me smile.
     Anyway, back to the Sin City 3 Hunt. This hunt has a three separate paths. A 1L path for the ladies and Gentleman. As well as a 25L path  that has women, men, and decor items. You will be looking for a black sack that is tied with a red ribbon. The Sin City 3 Hunt will run until February 25th. You have plenty of time to check it out and grab those hunt gifts. As for me it's time to stop thinking about the morning and actually get things done.

Pave your own path

 

      I remember skating as a kid, cause it was the thing to do. Everyone was doing it and Tony Hawk was the man to watch. Learning new board flips and tricks with friends. Yelling at them to pave the way so I could make my way through. As I did a kickflip or a heelflip on my board.
     Never was I so well dressed to skate as I am today in this picture. My outfit right down to the sneakers can be yours for absolutely free. All you gotta do is join a couple of free groups and go to one event. My rocker-esque looking pants are brought to you by Meva. Meva all ways does a great job giving you new, different, awesome looking clothes. Whether is be for the ladies or the gents.             These sweet looking pants are free at the Access Event. This round will run until February 8th, you still have a couple of days to get your hands on these pants. They come in two sizes Belleza Jake and Signature Gianni, but can be made to fit nearly any body. I'm wearing them on my NX-David body using the alpha hud to hide the parts that stuck out of course.      My fantastic kicks and boss looking shirt are part of R2A Janurary group gift (sorry no longer available as grout gift) Maybe able to purchase in store. You better grab it before it's gone.The R2A group is as always free to join. The sneakers are chill, looking a lot like a famous swoosh brand we all know, and love. They are perfect to wear with any type outfit they got a clean white look. That gives you the fresh outta the box feel. The shirt has great folds giving it a look of realistic type movement. It comes in most of the popular mesh sizes, Jake, Ginanni, Adam, to name a few. The stars, swoosh, and the Be Legendary saying resonated with me. Made me think of a quote by Tony Hawk.

 “You might not make it to the top, but if you are doing what you love, there is much more happiness there than being rich or famous.”

     As long as you do what you love in life you to can be legendary. Whether it be only in your head, the eyes of someone else, or perhaps even someone you inspired along the way.
